  1.) So baking IS science! Why does baking powder make things rise? How does baking soda make cookies spread? What ingredients and temperaturesdo you need to make chocolate chip cookies soft or crispy or however you like them best?
  
  2.) Baking for my family is really fun. Baking as a career involves a lot of business and marketing and other stuff that some poeple love, but I’m not so big on. I like keeping it as a hobby.
