I work the job I am working now (testing catalytic converters) because they make a big impact on our environment. The converters clean up all the emissions coming out of cars and trucks, and that lets us keep our current life and lessen our negative impact on the environment.

Working a job that helps those around me and permits me to live a safe productive life. If I can find another position at my company that permits me to do more beneficial work, I’d happily take that position. My motivation is to find the best possible fit for me and for my skillset.

I really enjoy problem solving. The role I am in allows me to challenge myself in the way I think about how a problem can be solved. Even when I am at home, I work on fixing things, creating projects for myself because I enjoy it.

My motivation is protecting the environment! I love being outside and want others to be able to experience nature in the future, so I study the environment to help protect it.

Helping the environment. In this position, I may not be saving the world single handedly, but I feel it is important to make a difference when you can. My job allows me to protect our planet and people, in a big picture kind of way.
